Returning families    will receive registration information in the mail.

New and returning families, please be sure to read ALL information.

The registration form is available in Microsoft Excel format.  Download and print out the form.  Then fill it out and send it to the Religious Education Office.

 

The afternoon programs will be CLOSED once that session reaches 320 children. This will be determined by first come, first serve.  Usually, our Tuesday afternoon sessions have less children.

 

 Last year we honored many request to keep children from individual schools together in the Religious Education classrooms.  This is NOT always the best situation in terms of disciplinary issues.  Therefore, for this coming year we will not be placing children in classrooms according to their public schools.  Keep in mind that we are here to learn about being a Catholic Christian Family, and meeting new friends is an integral part of that process.

 

Finally, I would like to invite you to take a more active role in your son/daughter’s faith formation program by volunteering to become a Catechist.  Teaching children about the bible and our catholic traditions can be both a challenge as well as a true blessing.  Every volunteer feels that they do not “know” enough to teach.  Well the very short answer to that fear is that no one “knows it all” and the beauty of teaching is that you will learn right along with your group of children.  In fact, most volunteer catechists feel that they learned more from teaching than any other time in their life.  Get to know your faith on a much deeper level, join our team of volunteers!  I’ll be waiting to hear from you.
